Villa Nina 3 is a perfectly decorated and fully equipped house, located in Privlaka, 20 km from Zadar, 4 km from the historic town of Nin and only 3 km from the island of Vir.

The interior is divided into ground floor and first floor. The villa has three bedrooms.

Room 3: two single beds-2 people

On each floor there is one bathroom. Upstairs there is a large balcony with outdoor furniture and views of the countryside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there are cookware, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer.

In the living room there is a fireplace that gives guests the ultimate atmosphere on colder days, during their stay in the house.

From the living room there is an exit to the large terrace. In the yard there is a large heated pool with deck chairs, jacuzzi, barbecue. The courtyard is carefully landscaped, giving guests maximum privacy during their stay. Parking is provided in the yard for 2-3 cars.

There is a Finnish sauna at guests' disposal.

The distance to the sandy beach is 800 meters. Distance from the town center is 1500 meters.
