Luxury wellness Villa Ana, located in Privlaka near Zadar, just 2 km from the historic town of Nin and 18 km from Zadar, gives you the opportunity to enjoy your holiday in a prime location.

Villa Ana has three bedrooms and as such can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The interior is carefully decorated, in a modern style, and is divided into ground floor and first floor.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a dining area with direct access to the terrace with a lounge, and a lounge area with a corner set where guests can enjoy watching one of the many TV programs or listening to their favorite hi-fi music with modern fireplace.

The first floor has all three bedrooms, a work corner and a bathroom in the hall.

Each room has a double bed and one of the rooms has a private bathroom. The beds are boxspring, extremely comfortable and guarantee guests a peaceful sleep. Each room has its own LCD TV.

From the two bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony / loggia.

Villa has a private wellness SPA oasis, measuring 30 m2, located on a mezzanine floor. The SPA oasis is equipped with a whirlpool whirlpool tub, infrared sauna, shower, loungers offering views of the sea and Velebit Mountain. Such a beautiful view is a paradise for rest of the eyes, mind and body!

The Spa Oasis offers an additional atmosphere that is made of a star-shaped sky.

On the terrace in front of the lounge corner, there is a 6 x 4.5 m heated swimming pool, with anatomical deck chairs and an outdoor shower.

A terrace with table and chairs is located next to the outdoor barbecue. The terrace is hidden from view and offers a view of the sea in the distance and the greenery.

Next to the terrace is a mini golf entertainment area where all guests, adults and children alike, can have fun with their company.

The yard is completely fenced, enriched with Mediterranean greenery and medicinal herbs.

The access to the villa is secured by a well-maintained driveway, with direct entrance to the parking lot and the garage. From the garage there is a direct entrance to the Villa's interior. The house has a laundry and ironing room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The whole house is equipped with underfloor cooling and heating, and there is a heat and cooling controller in each room.

The lighting has been designed interior and exterior throughout the villa.

Guests have at their disposal comfortable bedding, two pillows per person, towels for the bathroom, parking, garage, grill, mini golf, swimming pool, wellness SPA oasis, satellite tv, wi fi internet, HI FI device.
