This modern villa with swimming pool for 6-8 persons is located in the area of the island of Vir called Straža.
Villa with a total living area of 100 m² is situated onto a fenced property of 200 m². The living area of the villa consists of 2 apartments. The first apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In both living rooms, in both apartments, there is one sofa bed for one more person each.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (5m long, 3m wide and 1.5m deep) equipped with deck chairs, parasol, and outdoor shower as well as a 12 m² roofed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
