In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. From the living room You can reach onto a spacious 35m2 balcony with a stunning sea view, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounger, where You can enjoy the sea view and fresh sea air. Air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet and parking on the property are also available and without surcharge. The nearest beach is just 20m from the house!
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
