This apartment with a swimming pool and a sea view ideal for 2 - 4 persons is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir just 200 m from the pebble beach Kozjak. The 59 m² apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. From the living area you can reach onto a furnished balcony with a sea view and a view of the pool (8 m²). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the apartment and the estate, dishwasher, espresso maker and parking on the property are just some of the amenities of this apartment and included in the price. Children’s cot and highchair are also available upon request and without surcharge. On the enclosed estate (500 m²) there is a 32m² swimming pool (8m long, 4m wide, 1.5m deep) with loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and toilet as well as a spacious and roofed grill pavilion with barbecue and seating furniture. Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The center of the island of Vir is 2000 m distanced.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
