Apartment (60 m²) for 2-4 persons is situated on 2nd floor of the house and located in a quiet area of the island of Vir – Torovi just 50 m from the pebble beach and bay Pedinka. This air-conditioned apartment is divided into a living and dining room with kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons.
From the living room you can reach onto a furnished 6m² balcony with partial sea view. The property's courtyard (1500 m²) has a heated swimming pool and a relaxation area equipped with a barbecue, deck chairs, parasol, outdoor shower and parking space.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
