This newly furnished apartment (37 m²) is situated in a peaceful area of island Vir called Prezida. This modern apartment can accommodate 2-4 persons and is located on the ground floor of the house and divided into a living room, dining room with kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed terrace equipped with table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless Internet access, barbecue and parking space in the courtyard are among the other features. The apartment is located 250 m from pebble beach with concrete lying areas.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
