This beachfront apartment with sea view is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Kozjak, on the beach Kozjak. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 persons. The 50m² apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is sofa bed for two more persons. From the living room you can reach onto a spacious furnished 20m² balcony with loungers and breath-taking sea view as well as view of Kaštelina fortress, beach Jadro and island Vir bridge, the very symbols of the island of Vir. Air conditioning, internet, satellite TV and garden with barbecue stand at guests’ disposal with no surcharge. Parking is located near the house. Shop and restaurant are within walking distance. Numerous local events are available in the centre of the island (about 3000m of distance) with all kinds of programs and activities both for adults and children.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
