This apartment for 2-4 persons is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir, called Lučica at a distance of only 250m from the pebble beach Lučica. The 30 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is divided into a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. From the living room you can reach onto a 10 m² roofed balcony furnished with table and chairs. Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, safe, parking on the property and an additional and shared balcony on the first floor with barbecue, table and chairs are just some of the features of this apartment available to guests. Restaurants, shops and the center of the island of Vir are only a few minutes’ walk distanced.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
