This luxurious 60 m² apartment in the center of the island of Vir can accomodate 3-5 persons. The apartment distanced just 600m from the beach Slatina on the first floor of the house is divided into a dining and living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with one single bed, a bathroom with a shower and 30 m² and a roofed and furnished balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. Parking on the property, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet and washing machine are among the other features of this apartment. Baby cot and highchair available upon request and free of charge. Restaurants and the center of the island of Vir is just 100 m distanced, while the shop is 50 m distanced. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
