This beautiful and modern apartment is located in Bobovik, an area of the island of Vir, just 20m from the beach. This property has an inner 300m2 courtyard which is available for all the guests. In the courtyard there is also a pavilion with dining table, chairs and barbecue facilities. The 100m2 apartment on the ground floor of the house is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a dining and living area with kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. A well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet access are among the other features. To the apartment belongs a terrace with a sea view, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk. About 20m from the house there is a beautiful pebble beach where you can enjoy in swimming or sunbathing. The beach is located on a 7km long promenade along the coast with a magnificent sunset. Ideal for relaxing evening walks or more challenging fast walking or running.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
