The designer and completely newly furnished beachfront apartment is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir, named Bobovik.
The apartment of 76 m² is located on the ground floor of the house and is ideal for accommodating 4 persons. It is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds equipped with satellite tv and two ensuite bathrooms with showers. The apartment also has a spacious, roofed and furnished terrace of 32 m². The bedrooms and the terrace have a sea view.
Wi-Fi internet, safe, oven, dishwasher, Espresso machine, washing machine, slippers, robes and parking on the property are just some of the additional features of this accommodation. The apartment has an elevator. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The courtyard of the resort (990 m²) has two swimming pools and a relax area equipped with loungers and two gazebos. In the yard behind the house there are two gazebos of 36 m² each with a grill and two outdoor kitchens. The apartment also has two roof terraces of 100 m² and 135 m² with a 180° sea view.
The centre of the island of Vir is located at a distance of 2000 m, a shop at 700 m and a restaurant at 750 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
