This apartment is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Virić. The apartment is about 300m from the pebble beach and can accommodate 2-4 persons.The 45 m2 apartment is on the first floor of the house and is divided into a living area with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. To the apartment belong two 10m2 common balconies, equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning, Internet access, satellite TV, barbecue, parking on the property as well as bed linen and towels are among other facilities and without surcharge.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
