This apartment with a sea view is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Lozice. 800 m from the apartment, there is the beach Biskupljača with a view of the island of Pag and the mountain Velebit.
Apartment (60 m²) on the first floor of the house, ideal for 3-5 persons is divided into a living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person.
At the guests' disposal there are balcony with sea view (14 m² furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and loungers), air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher, parking on the property and garden with barbecue. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Distance to restaurants and shops is 900 m, while the distance to the centre of the island is 3000 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
