Apartment (60 m²) consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a 28 m² roofed terrace with a sea view, furnished with table, chairs and loungers.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 20 m. The distance to the market is 50 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 100 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 3000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
