This spacious apartment on the first floor is located in a quite part of the island of Vir called Lučica and is ideal for 6 persons.
Apartment (70 m²) consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed for one person, and two bathrooms with a shower. To the apartment belongs a 20 m² roofed balcony furnished with table, chairs and loungers.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are features available to guests with no extra charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 600 m. The distance to the market is 300 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 200 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 1000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
