This beautiful vacation rental on the ground floor is ideal for families with children. It is located in a very quiet area on the island of Vir called Lozice, in a pine forest and just 30m from the sand beach Smratine. The 100m2 apartment is divided into four bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one with bathtub) and well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs, is ideal for relaxing and offers space for breakfast and dinner. For the children there is a playground by the house. Children’s cot and high chair are available upon request and without surcharge.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
