The 25m2 apartment on the first floor of the house consists of a living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one more person, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a 10 m2 balcony with table and chairs, a perfect place to relax, and have breakfast or dinner. Air conditioning, satellite TV, parking on the property and a barbecue in the courtyard are at Your disposal and without surcharge. Shops, restaurants and the center of Vir are within walking distance. The pebble beach is just 100m from the house.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
