This spacious apartment on the ground floor is located in a quite part of the municipality Privlaka and is ideal for 2-4 persons.
Apartment (42 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (9 m²) with table and chairs. To the apartment belongs an additional 17 m² balcony. Courtyard (900 m²) of the property is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The distance to the beach and the centre is the same, 200 m. The market is 70 m away, and the restaurant is 50 m from the apartment.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
