This apartment is located in Privlaka – Sabunike, just 8 km from the island of Vir.
The 22 m² apartment ideal for 2 persons (first floor of the house) is divided into a living room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto furnished and roofed balcony (5 m²).
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, safe, parking on the property as well as barbecue in the courtyard are available free of charge.
Restaurant and shops can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 400 m while the distance to the famous Queen's beach is 600 m. Kraljičina (Queen’s) beach is unique in many ways. Croatia’s longest sandy beach (8km) whose name refers to a legend of queen Jelena. There is the largest site of therapeutic mud in Croatia at this beach.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
