This apartment for 4-5 persons is located in the area of Biskupljača on the island of Vir where guests can find one of the most beautiful pebble beaches in the area with crystal clear water at just 50m of distance from the house. In the 45m2 apartment on the first floor of the house there is a well-equipped kitchen with living room, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WLAN and satellite TV. The 15m2 balcony is ideal for common breakfast or dinner. There is also a barbecue in the courtyard at disposal and washing machine.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
