This apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 4-6 persons. Beachfront apartment is located in a quite part of Nin named Bilotinjak.
Apartment (52 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed 12 m² terrace with a sea view furnished with loungers, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue and roofed parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 20 m. The distance to the restaurant and the centre is the same, 1500 m, and the shop is 500 m from the apartment. The dog beach is located 800 m away.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
