This modern apartment on the first floor is ideal for 4-6 persons. Beachfront apartment is located in a quite part of the municipality Privlaka.
The 60 m² apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a 12 m² roofed balcony with a sea view, furnished with loungers, table and chairs.
Without extra charge at the guest’s disposal are air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, dish washer and a washing machine, in the garden (1300 m²) there is a barbecue, parasol, loungers, outdoor shower and parking. Baby cot and a highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 10 m. The shop is 100 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is only 20 m away. The distance from the centre is 2000 m. The dog beach is located 600 m away.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
