Apartment (45 m²) for 2-4 persons with sea view is situated on the first floor of the house and located in a quiet area of the island of Vir - Bobovik. The apartment is divided into a living room with kitchen and dining room, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. From the living room you can reach on to a furnished and roofed 8 m² balcony. Other amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet. Children’s cot upon request. The common furnished lounge area in the basement of the house and includes bar, seating furniture, darts, satellite TV, radio, air conditioning and refrigerator with freezer. Behind the house there is a parking space for bicycles. In the courtyard of the house (200 m²) there is a pavilion with barbecue and garden furniture ideal for gatherings in warm summer evenings. The apartment is distanced 70 m from sea and 150 m from shops and restaurants. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
