This apartment on the seecond floor is situated in a south part of the island of Vir, in a quiet area just 120 m from the beach Luka. The apartment is ideal for 4 Persons.
Apartment (40 m²) is divided on a living room and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (8 m²) with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, dishwasher, barbecue and parking on the property are at guests disposal with no extra charge. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available on request.
The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 800 m. The shop is 300 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 100 m away.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
