This cozy and modern apartment (35 m²) is situated in a south part of the island of Vir, in a quiet area just 100 m from the bay and beach Luka. Apartment can accommodate 2-4 persons, is located on the second floor of the house and divided into a living room with kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a spacious roofed and furnished balcony. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, wireless Internet access, barbecue and parking space in the courtyard are among the other features.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
