The 55m2 apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into two bedrooms (both with double bed), a bathroom with shower and a dining/living area with kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. A well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV and Internet access via W-LAN are among the further features. The balcony with sea view, furnished with table and chairs, is a place to relax and offers space for breakfast and dinner.
