This apartment on the first floor of a family house is ideal for 4-5 persons. It is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir named Smratina.
Apartment (80 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. To the apartment belongs a 20 m² balcony with table and chairs. In the courtyard (200 m²) of the property is equipped with a barbecue.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, outdoor shower, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and parking on the property are available and free of charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at an 800 m distance. The restaurant on a 1000 m distance, market on 800 m and the distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR).
