This apartment on the ground floor and is ideal for 4-5 persons. It is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Lozice.
The 75 m² apartment is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed for one additional person. The apartment has a roofed terrace (12 m²) furnished with a table and chairs. The property's courtyard (200 m²) has a swimming pool and a relaxation area equipped with a barbecue, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a one stair at the entrance to the apartment.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, outdoor shower, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and parking on the property are at guest’s disposal without extra charge. The security deposit is 300 EUR.
The nearest beach is 1000 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m, as well as from the shop. The restaurant is 600 m away.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
