This vacation rental can accommodate 4-6 persons, is situated in a quiet area called Lučica, on the island Vir and is perfect for a family vacation. The 60m2 apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. Air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet access are among the further features. After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
