The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet area named Prezida on the island of Vir. This private accommodation (60 m²) is ideal for accommodating 4-6 persons.
The apartment consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two separate beds and bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a roofed balcony equipped with table and chairs of 12 m² with a view of the yard. The apartment also has a shared garden with barbecue, parasol, loungers and an outdoor shower.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher and washing machine are available to guests at no extra charge. Two parking spaces are available to guests in the garden (200 m²).

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
