This spacious apartment on the first floor is located in the centre of the island of Vir and is ideal for accommodating 6-8 persons.
The 90 m² apartment is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. Every bedroom is equipped with SAT TV. The apartment has a roofed balcony (10 m²) equipped with table and chairs. The apartment also has a second balcony (4 m²) equipped with a table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 600 m. The distance to the market is 100 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 150 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is just 20 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
