This apartment on the second floor is ideal for 2-4 persons. It is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Soldatica.
The apartment of 48 m² is divided on a living room, kitchen with a dining room, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a 8 m² roofed balcony with a partial sea view, furnished with table and chairs. The apartment also has a shared 30 m² balcony with a partial sea view.
Without extra charge at the guests disposal are air conditioning, wireless internet and SAT TV, in the garden (200 m²) there is an outdoor shower, barbecue and parking. Washing machine is available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 200 m. The distance to the market is 500 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 300 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 3000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
