This apartment on the ground floor and is ideal for 4-5 persons. It is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Soldatica.
Apartment (45 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed for one additional person. The apartment has a roofed terrace with a partial sea view (15 m²) furnished with a table and chairs. There are only two stairs at the entrance to the apartment.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, oven and parking on the property are at guest’s disposal without extra charge. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Sun loungers and parasols on the beach are included in the price.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 100 m. The distance to the market is 300 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 150 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 3000 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
