This apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 4 persons. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Prezida.
Apartment (70 m²) consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms with double beds each with en suite bathroom. Each room is equipped with satellite television and access to a balcony with a partial view of the sea, furnished with a table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, dishwasher, barbecue and parking on property are at guests disposal with no extra charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The pebble beach and the sea are 150 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m. The shop is 300 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 200 m away.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
