The apartment has two balconies, both with a sea view, the smaller one is covered (5 m²), while the larger one is uncovered and equipped with a parasol (15 m²), both balconies are furnished with table and chairs. The property's courtyard (2500 m²) has a relaxation area equipped with loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
