This spacious apartment on the first floor is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Soldatica and is ideal for 2-4 persons.
Apartment (40 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. The apartment has a roofed balcony equipped with table and chairs of 3 m².
Air conditioning, wireless internet, oven, barbecue and parking on the property are at guests disposal with no additional charge. Washing machine is available on request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 100 m. The distance to the market is 450 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 120 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
