This studio apartment on the ground floor is located in a quiet area named Laz on the island of Vir and is ideal for 2-3 persons.
Apartment (55 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. The apartment has a terrace (20 m²) with a partial sea view, equipped with a parasol, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are available and free of charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at a 150 m distance. The distance to the market is 700 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 200 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 100 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
