This apartment on the first floor is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Kozjak and is ideal for 4 persons.
The 50 m² apartment is divided into a living room with an equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a 8 m² roofed balcony furnished with table and chairs.
Without extra charge at the guests disposal are air conditioning, wireless internet and an oven, in the garden (200 m²) there is a barbecue and parking. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
The beach and the sea are at a distance of 400 m. The centre is at a distance of 2000 m, as well as a restaurant and a shop.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
