This apartment is situated just 20m from a pebble beach in the area of Vir named Žitna. Beachfront apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons.
The 45 m² studio on the first floor of the house consists of dining and living area with a kitchen, one single bed for one person and one sofa bed for two persons as well as a bathroom with shower cabin. To the apartment belongs a 15 m² large balcony with a sea view, furnished with table, chairs and loungers.
Without extra charge at the guests disposal are air conditioning, wireless internet and SAT TV, in the garden (200 m²) there is barbecue and parking. Washing machine is available on request.
The pebble beach and the sea are 20 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m. The shop is 200 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 50 m away.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
