Apartment (53 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (6 m²) with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, barbecue and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
