This apartment on the first floor of a family house is ideal for 2-4 persons. It is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir named Prezida.
Apartment (40 m²) is divided on a living room, dining room and kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a 20 m² roofed balcony with table and chairs. In the courtyard (200 m²) of the property is equipped with a barbecue.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, outdoor shower, oven and parking on the property are available and free of charge.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 200 m. The distance to the centre is 2000 m, while the market and the nearest restaurant are at the distance of 300 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
