This apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 4-5 persons. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Prezida.
Apartment (42 m²) is divided on a living room, kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. To the apartment belongs a 10 m² roofed terrace furnished with table and chairs.
At the guest’s disposal are dishwasher, air conditioning and wireless internet, in the garden (200 m²) there is a barbecue and parking without extra charge.
A pebble beach is distanced only 150 m away. A shop is 250 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 200 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
