Apartment (50 m²) is divided on a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms with showers. To the apartment belongs a roofed 10 m² balcony furnished with a parasol, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, dishwasher, barbecue, gazebo and parking on property are at guests disposal with no extra charge. Washing machine is available on request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 200 m. The distance to the market is 500 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 200 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 1000 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
