This modern apartment is situated in a quiet location near the center of the island of Vir. It can accommodate 4-6 persons, ideal for a family holiday. The 72m2 vacation rental on the first floor of the house is divided into two bedrooms as well as living and dining area with kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. The 30m2 furnished balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet, parking on the property, barbecue in the courtyard, a small children's playground in the backyard of the house with trampoline and swings are among the further features. Restaurants, shops and the center of the island can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The pebble beach and the sea are at just 400m from the house.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
