Apartment (70 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining room and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a balcony (20 m²) with a partial sea view, a parasol, sun loungers, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, oven, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at guests disposal with no additional charge. Washing machine is available on request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
