The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet area named Prezida on the island of Vir and is ideal for accommodating 4 persons.
Apartment (47 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a 15 m² roofed terrace with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, dishwasher, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Washing machine is available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at a 300 m distance. The restaurant on a 400 m distance, market on 1000 m and the distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 3000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
