This apartment on the first floor of a family house is ideal for 2-4 persons. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir named Brdonja.

The apartment of 48 m² consists of a living room, kitchen with a dining room, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a 6 m² roofed balcony furnished with table and chairs.

Without extra charge at the guests disposal are air conditioning, wireless internet and an oven, in the garden (200 m²) there is barbecue and parking. Washing machine is available on request.

The pebble beach and the sea are 400 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 1000 m. The shop is 700 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 800 m away.

In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
