Apartment (48 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (7 m²) with a partial sea view, table and chairs. The balcony is closed and can be opened.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, washing machine, outdoor shower and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The pebble beach and the sea are 100 m away. The shop is 750 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is only 1000 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
