This spacious vacation rental with sea view can accommodate 6-8 and is situated in a quiet area called Luka, on the island Vir. The 60m2 apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (with double beds), and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. Air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless Internet access are among the further features. Roofed and furnished balcony provides a sea view. Shops, restaurants and the centre of the island are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beach, pebble beach and bay Luka are distanced just 80m from the property.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
